What a big opening night for Shaquille "The Big Shamrock" O'Neal who had 9 points and 7 rebounds in 18 minutes in his debut in a Celtics uniform.  The Celtics beat the Heat 88 - 80.  Last August 29 ng namasyal si Shaq sa Harvard Yard.  Naulit uli ito noon Thursday, tigil ang traffic habang umupo na parang estatwa si Shaq sa me entrance ng Harvard T Station for about an hour.  Panoorin po natin ang video

It's official folks, Celtics na si Shaquille O’Neal!  Ang daming nagbinyag ng nicknames kay Shaq like "Green Giant", "The Green Monster", "The Shamroq",  "Tip-in O’Neal", "Dapper O’Neal", and "Lobster Shaq".  But mas type ng The Man of Steel ang "The Big Shamrock".  Ang unang laban ni Shaq ay kay Glen “Big Baby, Tulo Laway” Davis, marathon clam chowder eating contest.  O pusta na!

Boston's TD Garden

Binisita at sinigurado ko na ready na ang TD Garden para sa Tuesday NBA game 3 between Celtics and Lakers. Sa mga lumaki po ke Larry Bird and Magic Johnson eh it would be forever "The Boston Garden."  Silent r yung garden like  "Gahdens."  I remember one time akala ko swerte at nakabili pa ako ng ticket, yun pala obstructed view seat.  Halos nasa kinsame na at me poste pa sa harap ng seat ko.  Pero ngayon ibang-iba na ang TD Gahdens.

TD Garden is the home arena for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League, the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association, and the Boston Blazers of the National Lacrosse League.

It's just one game. We'll see in Game 2. We'll see in Game 2." GO CELTICS!

It looks like, tipong, mukhang Celtics vs. Lakers ulet, na naman and again sa finals.  Umiral ang Irish luck laban sa Magic kagabi kaya Celtics fans wasted no time putting on the “Beat LA” T-shirts.  Kasama na jan si Bertho (bitter half ni Bertha) na abot gilagid ang ngiti.  Oh my gid!  Me pekeng Comelec este press pass pa siya kuno.  Ang maganda dito eh after a bruising six-game series me 5 days to rest and recuperate ang ating green team.  Go Celtics!
