Bong wrote my sister with her daughter is still stranded since early this morning, around 8 am and it's now 10 pm, somewhere in g araneta ave in quezon city. they were just let in a 2-storey apartment by a couple. her car is now totally submerged in floodwaters. lampas tao daw tubig dun sa paligid nila. i have lost contact since 6 pm and i hope it's just because low bat na cellphone nya. i can't go out also because the streets around the condo are jammed with vehicles and water around bangkal are also high. creeks and rivers have overflowed. i don't know how much longer this situation will last. this is the biggest flood in manila in memory.
